A leading manufacturer of highly engineered metal components seeks a successful Technical Sales Engineer for an exciting management level business development opportunity. We seek a candidate who has what it takes to continually challenge himself, or herself, and their colleagues to provide the best solutions for customers, who takes pride in their work, and who has a passion and drive to grow professionally.
Successful candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree ( BSME ), or equivalent, and five years of successful engineering, applications engineering, sales engineer, and/or business development. Advanced degree in Engineering, Business ( MBA ) or Marketing a plus. We require a highly technical innovator to create, execute, and lead OEM market penetration strategies for a specific product line. You must have a verifiable track record of innovative mechanical / technical solutions and consultative selling achievements. In addition to being an effective organized leader ( 2-3) , you must have the proven ability to indentify and develop large account / sales opportunities while supervising the management of existing large accounts.
